Trouw Nutrition opens new calf and beef research facility in the Netherlands

During a special two-day event on 6 and 7 April, we officially opened our new facility and hosted an international symposium with presentations from leading scientists, tours of the research facilities and networking opportunities.

Why this new facility?

Rising global demand for high-quality milk and meat is driving the urgency for innovation in animal nutrition. At Trouw Nutrition, we are focused on establishing innovative and sustainable ways of improving dairy and beef performance and farm profitability.
This world-class facility represents the latest expansion of our animal research capability and is part of our ongoing global investment in R&D programmes. At our new Calf & Beef Research Facility, we are applying cutting-edge technologies in housing and feeding systems to monitor the health, growth and feeding behaviours of calves and beef cattle.
