In February 2007 Trouw Nutrition International announced the merge of its animal nutrition busines in Russia with its Russian distributor, ZAO Hifeed bv, into the new company 'TECHKORM'. With this joint venture, TNI will become a leading animal nutrition company with speciality feeds in selected key agro-industrial regions of the Russian Federation.
